Do you manufacture all of your plaster products?: Allplasta, Silver cornices and Thomas Decorative are Australian owned family businesses, with our main office and manufacturing warehouse in Wilberforce, NSW. We also have a new showroom and stockist at West Ryde, NSW.

What are plaster cornice profiles?: A cornice profile is the drawing of a cross section (slice) of a cornice that is of a 1:1 scale. Profiles are available for download below each product image. We recommend that you check that the end profile has printed to scale, by measuring the 5cm ruler on the form before using it to check your cornice for accuracy.

Which periods of plaster products do you make?: We manufacture and supply the following periods of plaster products: Colonial, Georgian, Victorian, Federation, Californian Bungalow, Art Deco and Modern.

Are any of your products machine made?: No. All of our products are handmade to ensure superior quality control.

Do you keep all of your products in stock?: We have a select range of In Stock products ready to order, which include popular cornices, strips, strip corners, ceiling roses, and external staffs. This range of our products are sold at competitive prices.

Can you send me a sample piece?: We can supply samples of our cornice and strip products for free (subject to availability). Please contact us for availability and postage costs, if you do not wish to pick them up.

How long does it take to make our order if it is not in stock?: Manufacturing times are assessed case by case at the time of order, depending on the volume of existing orders, and the size of your order. Typical order times are 2-4 weeks.

Can you remake plaster products that are not on your website?: We are able to reproduce most plaster products. We recommend you send us a photo of the product you wish to reproduce, and we can provide further assistance based on what you require.

Where do you deliver to?: We provide delivery to Sydney-based areas, with distributors also available throughout NSW. You can view a map of our distributors here.

Can you freight or deliver my products to me outside of Sydney?: We are able to package any order into specialised crates or pallets for freight, but we do not arrange freight. Please contact us for more information, and recommendations for freight companies.

Is there a minimum order for cornices?: There is no minimum order, however we do have a $106.48 + GST surcharge for orders under four lengths of each cornice type. This does not apply for in stock cornices.

Where are you located and can I visit your showroom?: Yes! Our main office and manufacturing warehouse are in Wilberforce, NSW, and we also have a showroom and stockist in West Ryde, NSW. You're welcome to visit – please check [Locations] for opening hours and directions.

Which areas do you deliver to?: We deliver throughout Sydney and surrounding areas and supply products via distributors across NSW. For other locations, we package items for freight—you can then arrange transport using a recommended provider. We can provide a ‘Crated’ or ‘Non-crated’ style pallet, cost will vary.

Are all your plaster products handmade or machine-made?: All our products are handmade using detailed, sharp moulds for superior quality—never machine made.

Can I get a physical sample before I order?: Absolutely! We offer free samples of cornice and strip profiles (subject to availability). Contact us for availability and postage details—or drop by the showroom to view them in person.

What’s the estimated lead time for made-to-order items?: Custom or made-to-order products typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on order size and production schedule. We’ll confirm exact timelines when you place your order.

Can Allplasta recreate plaster profiles I already have or like?: Yes! We specialise in reproducing custom profiles. Just send us a photo or sample of your desired design, and we’ll work out how to replicate it accurately.

Is there a minimum order for cornices?: No strict minimum, but orders under four lengths per cornice type incur a small surcharge (A$106.48 + GST). This surcharge doesn't apply to products listed as “in stock.”

What architectural styles do you offer products for?: We produce a wide array of historical and modern styles including Colonial, Georgian, Victorian, Federation, California Bungalow, Art Deco, and Modern profiles.

Can you help with local Queensland orders?: Yes! We recently opened a warehouse in Beenleigh, QLD, stocking our full in-stock range for fast pick-up or delivery to Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Sunshine Coast areas—plus freight to the wider QLD region.
