DELIVERY POLICY
Upon placement of an order via our website you will receive a sales order confirming your order and an expected delivery date
Your order is very important to us and we make every effort to process and deliver your order as promptly as possible.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Lead times are approximately 15-20 working days and commence from the date of payment rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to change. You will be advised by phone if lead times are expected to exceed the 15-20 working day period. We accept no liability for any loss arising from the reliance on estimated delivery dates.
In regard to Goods which Allplasta has been requested by the Sender to pack, Allplasta shall not be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever whether in the course of packing or in transit or otherwise .
